At Ramam Group, we prioritize customer satisfaction. However, once products are delivered and accepted as per the original order, we do not offer refunds or exchanges.
We do not provide refunds or replacements if the product doesn’t suit you.
Please note that once an order is placed, it cannot be modified, cancelled, or refunded.
In the event that you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact our customer service via WhatsApp at +91-9266038320 within 48 hours of delivery. Be sure to provide images or a video of the product received.
Please allow 3-4 working days from the time we receive your complaint to resolve the issue. We will reach out to you as soon as possible.
Due to the hygiene, health, and consumable nature of our products, all items are non-returnable. Our shipments undergo strict quality checks before they are dispatched. However, if your product is damaged during shipment or transit, we offer a free replacement within 3 days after delivery, provided you have:
- Received the product in a damaged or mutilated condition.
- Received an item different from what you ordered.
If the product is broken or damaged upon opening the box, we will promptly dispatch a replacement within 3 days of receiving your complaint to ensure your satisfaction.
