Shipping Policy
All orders are dispatched from our warehouse through our authorized logistics partner within 48 hours of being placed. We aim to deliver your order within 15 working days or sooner, depending on your location, after receiving your order and payment confirmation. However, we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates or times, as they are subject to the courier partner and your location.
If a product goes out of stock after your order is placed, we kindly request 7-10 days for restocking.
Return & Exchange Policy
At Ramam, we prioritize customer satisfaction. However, once products are delivered and accepted as per the original order, we do not offer refunds or exchanges.
We do not provide refunds or replacements if the product doesn’t suit you.
Please note that once an order is placed, it cannot be modified, cancelled, or refunded.
In the event that you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact our customer service via WhatsApp at +91-8868859090 within 48 hours of delivery. Be sure to provide images or a video of the product received.
Please allow 3-4 working days from the time we receive your complaint to resolve the issue. We will reach out to you as soon as possible.
Due to the hygiene, health, and consumable nature of our products, all items are non-returnable. Our shipments undergo strict quality checks before they are dispatched. However, if your product is damaged during shipment or transit, we offer a free replacement within 3 days after delivery, provided you have:
- Received the product in a damaged or mutilated condition.
- Received an item different from what you ordered.
If the product is broken or damaged upon opening the box, we will promptly dispatch a replacement within 3 days of receiving your complaint to ensure your satisfaction.

Missing/Wrong/Manufacturing Defect Concerns
To address any concerns related to missing items, wrong orders, or manufacturing defects, it is mandatory to record a 360-degree unboxing video. The video must capture the entire process, from opening the parcel to the end. Without a proper unboxing video, an image of the invoice (folded one) pasted on the outer box, and a clear picture of the products received, no claims will be processed further.
Refund Policy
- Though we do not have refund policy, kindly get in touch with our customer support team to assist you.
- In case your order has been cancelled due to some reason; the refund will be processed to the same account/method from which the payment was made. It may take 7-10 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
- In case your order is RTO due to any reason, we will resend the same, no refund will be issued against it under any circumstances. Kindly contact our customer care for re-shipping.
- In case wrong product/ products are sent in your order , Return is initiated under those circumstances and original products as per the order will be resend , no refund will be issued against it under any circumstances. Kindly contact our customer care for the same.
- In case your order is marked as LOST by our logistic partner under few circumstances, we will resend the same, no refund will be issued against it under any circumstances. Kindly contact our customer care for re-shipping.
- The company at any point reserves the right to cancel any order without prior notice. In case of Prepaid orders, the refund of the same will be processed in 24 hrs and the same will be credited back to the original mode of payment within 7-10 working days.
